Christian. I committed my life to Christ in 1974. God immediately gave me the desire to read and study the Bible. When I became a Christian, God freed me from being a worrier. God taught me how to pray about everything and how to have God’s peace that passes understanding (Philippians 4:6-7). God also gave me the spiritual gift of administration (1 Corinthians 12:28) and the skills to lead others.
Along the way, as a young adult and a Christian, God provided me godly Christian teachers to lead me into the Scriptures (Thank you, Lord). Since then, God has led me to create and teach Bible Study lessons to others in church and workplace settings. More recently, God has inspired me to construct and launch the www.ScriptureWay.com website in 2018 and to write and publish Bible teaching lessons for experienced Christians, Bible students, and for people seeking to know God. My mission scripture is Isaiah 50:4, "The Sovereign Lord has taught me what to say, so that I can strengthen the weary. Every morning he makes me eager to hear what he is going to teach me."
The God of the Bible is completely trustworthy. The Bible itself is completely trustworthy (2 Timothy 3:16-17). I encourage you to spend time with God daily and to read your Bible daily. You will never regret the time you spend with God and God's word.

Musician. I have been a pianist since age 6. I love to play hymns, and I have played piano for worship services since age 10. Beginning in 1990, God inspired me to compose hymns and choral arrangements for church choirs. I have published more than 30 musical compositions on my www.whitneytunes.com website and several music videos on Youtube (Whitneytunes Music Videos). My www.whitneytunes.com website has a useful compilation of over 400 Bible Verses about Music.
Professional. I worked as an engineering professional and manager in the satellite communications field for over 40 years, now retired. I had the pleasure to travel on business and to help international colleagues establish and grow businesses in Europe, Asia, and South America. I have college and graduate degrees from Gettysburg College, George Washington University, and the University of Maryland.
Family Man. I live with my wife, Sally, near Gettysburg in south central Pennsylvania. I enjoy walking in and taking pictures in the great outdoors, God's creation. Sally and I enjoy vacationing at the beach in North Carolina and visiting National Parks throughout the U.S.
Favorite Scripture. Philippians 4:6-7: "Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything; tell God your needs, and don’t forget to thank him for his answers. If you do this, you will experience God’s peace, which is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand. His peace will keep your thoughts and your hearts quiet and at rest as you trust in Christ Jesus."
Favorite Hymn. "What A Friend We Have in Jesus"
Favorite Park (second only to Gettysburg). Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming, USA. Awesome! God’s creation is beautiful and inspiring.
